Terms of Service
The rules for using Loopwise: your account, your workspace, what you may do with it, and what happens if something goes wrong.
Last updated 19 October 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Loopwise you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to do so for that business.
Accounts
- Use an email address you can access; we use it to sign you in and to send the notifications you switch on.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
- One person per account. Do not share credentials as a way of giving someone access — invite them into the workspace instead.
Workspaces and roles
A workspace belongs to a business. It holds that company's feedback, cases, categories, settings and history, and it is kept separate from every other workspace on the platform.
Workspace owners manage settings and membership and can invite or remove people. Admins run day-to-day case work. Agents work the cases they are given. Viewers can read without changing anything. The person who created the workspace decides who gets which role.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.
- Do not try to reach another workspace's data, or tamper with a link, record identifier or request in order to do so.
- Do not scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not use public forms to send spam.
- Do not upload malware, or content you do not have the right to hold.
Your content
The feedback, notes and replies in your workspace belong to you. We process them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to collect that feedback and to contact those customers, and for telling them what you do with it.
Plans and payment
There is a free plan. Paid features are priced inside the product before you buy, and any subscription renews until you cancel it. Prices may change with notice, and taxes are added where they apply.
AI-assisted suggestions
Summaries, categories, priorities, sentiment and draft replies produced by the service are suggestions, not professional advice, and they can be wrong. A person is expected to review them before they reach a customer, and you remain responsible for what you send.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but it is provided as-is and no uptime is guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages or changes beyond our control can interrupt it.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time, and a workspace owner can delete a workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if the service is being abused, or if continuing would put other people's data at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability for any claim connected with it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above will change when they are. They are governed by the laws of the country in which the operating entity of this Loopwise instance is registered.
Questions about these terms can be raised with the workspace owner who invited you, or at the contact address published in the workspace settings of the business that invited you, or the workspace owner directly.
