Questions people ask before choosing

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan needs no card and no commitment: 1 workspace, 1 team member, 50 feedback submissions and 10 AI analyses a month, with the Smart Inbox, basic case tracking and a shareable feedback form.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Plans are chosen per workspace and can move up or down. Changes apply from the next billing period once payments are connected; until then you can record a request and the workspace owner decides.

What happens when I reach my monthly usage limit?

Loopwise explains which limit you reached, shows your current usage against the plan limit and points you at the next plan up. Your existing feedback and cases are never deleted or altered — only new submissions beyond the limit are refused for that month.

Can I cancel a paid subscription?

Yes. A paid workspace can cancel at any time and keeps access to the end of the period it has paid for, then returns to Free without losing its records. Because subscription checkout is not connected yet, no plan is active and nothing can be charged today.

Are AI analyses included?

AI analyses have their own monthly allowance on each plan (10 on Free up to 5,000 on Business). Automated triage still needs the AI step enabled for your workspace, and runs that need a human review are flagged rather than applied silently.

Is my company data separated from other workspaces?

Yes. Every record carries its workspace, and the data layer only returns records to the addresses allowed to see that workspace, so one company can never read or change another company’s feedback, cases or audit log.
